“SGREEN” Inter-school Recycling Competition

To further cultivate waste reduction and recycling habits of the students and foster green campus, we invite all primary and secondary school students in Hong Kong to participate in the captioned inter-school recycling competition and bring their families to recycle at the "GREEN@COMMUNITY" facilities with a view to actively practising waste reduction and recycling in daily life. Students should fill in the form below for enrolment. The information will be used for prizes evaluation.

Personal Information Collection Statement

Personal information, which is provided by participants voluntarily, will be used solely for enrolment, vetting, liaison, activities arrangement and promotion, competition judgement and announcement, award of the prizes and other uses related to the “We-recycle@School” Activity, “Ocean Park Conservation Alliance” Programme and their collaboration activity, namely “SGREEN” Inter-School Recycling Competition (“Competition”). Access to the information will be restricted to the staff of the aforementioned Activity/Programme.
Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide personal data marked with asterisks. In the event that you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to process your enrolment.
The personal data collected may be transferred or disclosed to parties who will be contacted by us (including Ocean Park Hong Kong) during the handling of the related Activity/Programme.
Unless it is specified, particulars of the participants will be kept by the Environmental Protection Department as records of the competition and all such information will be destroyed within one year after the conclusion of the Competition.
Participants should submit a written request to enquiry@epd.gov.hk to access or correct the personal information provided.

I acknowledged the terms and conditions of the Competition and hereby declare that the information given above is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I agree that all decisions made by the Organisers (i.e. Environmental Protection Department and Ocean Park Hong Kong) are final and binding in all aspects relating to the Competition. I understand that any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification of my application.
